1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between players who use the yomabet platform and its services, and yomabet ("Company", "we"). By accessing, viewing, or using this platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted and agreed to all terms in this Agreement.

1.2 Language and Translation

This Agreement is written in Burmese. If there are any discrepancies in translations, the original Burmese text will take precedence.

2 Account Registration and User Information

You need a registered account to play on the platform. Each player is personally responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information provided during registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only open one account.
• You must register under your own name — do not open an account on behalf of a third party.
• We may ask you to provide proof of identity at any time to verify your information.
• You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before making a withdrawal.

2.2 Account Security

Each player is responsible for keeping their account secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, contact our Live Chat immediately. yomabet is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

3 Age Restriction and Geographic Restriction

yomabet is for players aged 21+ only. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to verify a player's age at any time. If it is proven that a player is under 21, appropriate action may be taken — including voiding bets and closing the account.

3.2 Geographic Restriction

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

We offer deposit and withdrawal services via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.
• Deposits must come from a bank or mobile payment account that belongs to the player — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits will arrive in your account instantly or within a short time, depending on network conditions.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Withdrawals are normally processed within one hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• We reserve the right to carry out checks in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

4.3 Financial Loss Liability

yomabet is not responsible for issues caused by mobile banking network failures during deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, if a loss occurs due to an error on our side, please contact us via Live Chat — it will be resolved within 24 hours.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

yomabet offers competitive and generous bonuses to players. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted the terms and conditions set out below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Welcome bonus: 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. Wagering: 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be wagered.
• Example — deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive the maximum 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. Wagering: 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks must be wagered.
• The bonus can only be claimed once and is limited to one per player.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the payment method has been verified.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time; players will be notified in advance.

5.3 VIP Program

The yomabet VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up by increasing their play activity. At the highest Diamond level, players receive weekly cashback up to 1.0%. We reserve the right to change VIP benefits at any time and will notify players of any changes in advance.

6 Game Rules

All games on the platform are sourced from reputable companies and operate with Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play policies.

6.1 Player Responsibilities

• Players must only bet amounts that match their own financial situation.
• Unethical conduct in games — including collusion, bonus abuse, and bot usage — is strictly prohibited.
• Any technical errors must be reported to us immediately. If a player is found to have exploited an error for gain, those bets may be voided.

6.2 Football Betting

• Once bets are confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.
• Results for disputed matches will be officially settled within 48 hours after the match is played.
• In live matches, real-time odds that change due to encryption updates can be adjusted immediately.

6.3 Live Casino Games

In live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo, the live dealer's decision is final. Reversal requests submitted within 8 hours will be reviewed and decided upon; requests made after that period will not be accepted.

7 Responsibilities and Limitations

yomabet operates the platform with SSL encryption and a fair gaming system, but we cannot be held responsible for the following situations.

7.1 Cases We Are Not Responsible For

• Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions
• Delays caused by issues with the player's own device
• Financial losses caused by the player themselves
• External network (mobile network) issues
• Unauthorised access and play by a partner, relative, or third party without the player's permission

7.2 Service Suspension

The service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice due to technical maintenance, server repairs, or circumstances beyond our control. Player funds will be protected during any such downtime.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

If we find any breach of this agreement, we may suspend the player's account without prior notice.

8.1 Grounds for Closure

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Detected money laundering or fraud
• Access from two distinct IPs that appear to belong to a single individual
• Bonus fraud — abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Use of bots or automated playing tools
• Detected registration and play by someone under 21 years of age

8.2 Handling of Funds After Closure

If a player closes their account voluntarily without any breach, they may withdraw their own remaining balance excluding any bonuses. If the account is closed due to a breach, the matter will be handled according to our current financial decision.

9 Personal Data Protection
